TPS-Sewn Dunnage for Racks, Bulk Containers and Plastic Totes
To create a tailor-made dunnage solution for your packaging, we integrate fabric dunnage into steel racks, bulk containers and plastic totes. These designs allow parts to better nest in each cell, and better protect each component. This also means we can fit more parts in each container for greater savings.

We’ve also developed proprietary materials as an alternative to standard materials, with the same protection characteristics but at additional savings. If an application is especially challenging, we may suggest creating a custom fabric better suited to your needs, designed to keep costs low.
